					<description><![CDATA[hi, even if it was a deliberate leak...it still holds insights....the ability to introspect and acknowledge...the power of the five senses in retail...and the ability to revisit the core...which frankly i believe no Indian brand can ever do...becoz the core to them is only the balance sheet....pl advice me on which indigenious brand has workrd as passionately as Starbucks!!]]></description>

I think it&#039;s a human trait (not limited to owners / entrepreneurs) to discount the value of honest introspection. 

But leaders who do honestly introspect usually discover gaps themselves, rather than having the market point them out. Which gives them and their organisations a head start over competition.]]></description>
